| 摘 要： | 基于对影响矿区可持续发展因素和评价指标选择的先期研究 ,构建了影响矿区可持续发展因素 (地理、资源、气候和社会 )的测度体系和评价模型 .运用该模型对中国 1 0 2个煤矿区进行了评价 ,将评价结果分为 3类 ,并讨论了它们的发展模式 .第 1类矿区为社会发展的主流型 ,有些将成为区域中心城市 ,有些将被装备在城市连绵带上 ;第 2类属于社会持续型社区 ,它们应建设成为适宜于人居的小城市或大集镇 ;第 3类则将成为生态持续型区域 ,在矿物资源耗竭后将其废弃 ,恢复或保持其生态功能

| Abstract: | Based on a previous research on the influential factors and evaluation indexes of mining area sustainable development, the systematic measure method and the evaluation model of mining area sustainable development were given. By using the evaluation model, 102 mining areas in China were evaluated and divided into three kinds. The first kind of mining areas belong to the region of social mainstream and will develop toward central cities. The second kind of mining areas belong to social sustainable community and should be built into small cities and towns suilable for live. The third kind of mining areas should be developed into ecologic regions because of their bad climate and poor society conditions. |
