| 摘 要： | 近年来研究发现,动物在进行氮代谢的生理过程中,不仅吸收氨基酸,还能大量吸收具有生物活性的肽类。这些生物流行性肽除合成体蛋白外,还表现出许多生理功能,如免疫调节、抗微生物、螯合矿物质等。本文就生物活性肽的种类、作用、来源及应用效果等方面作以探讨。
