基于PWM和锁相环技术的胰岛素泵直流电机控制系统研究

摘    要:文章在建立胰岛素注射泵直流电机控制系统数学模型的基础上,将PWM与锁相环技术相结合,精确控制电机角位移以解决速度控制问题。对锁相环控制技术在医用胰岛素注射泵直流电动机调速系统的应用进行了仿真性研究,通过锁相环系统频域和时域响应,获取最佳锁相环算法,通过仿真证明了方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:The mathematic model of DC motor control system of a insulin pump was established.Furthermore,with PWM and PLL,the angular displacement of the motor could be precisely controlled;thereby the speed of the motor could be controlled.The simulation study was also performed.By phase-locked loop system response of frequency domain and time domain,the best phase-locked loop algorithm was obtained,thus the effectiveness and feasibility of the system was proved.
