| 摘 要： | 引入顾客满意战略是高等教育教学评估新的理念和手段,所以对我国高等学校顾客满意度评价体系尝试研究,在确立评价体系的基础上,利用误差反向传播人工神经网络(BP网络)的多指标综合评价问题,建立了我国高等学校顾客满意度测评的BP模型。
