多波长光度法测定配合物组成原理及应用

摘    要:通过反应试剂吸收光谱的k-比率校正混合物光谱得到生成配合物纯光谱;应用多元线性回归解析试剂平衡浓度;继而试探法求得配合物组成和稳定常数。最后用该法求得Zn-PAR、Al-XO和Pb-XO配合物组成分别为1:2、1:1和1:1。Al-CAS配合物有1:1和1:2和2种类型。

Abstract:Based on the complex spectra calibrated by the k-ratio method and the equilibrium concentration of reacted reagent evolved by multiple linear regression, the composition and the stable constant of the complex have been obtained by means of trial test. By using this method, the compositions in several experimental systems such as Zn (PAR)2, Al(XO), Ph(XO), Al(CAS) and Al(CAS)2 are given.
