计量精密仪器的防微振设计

摘    要:对于精密仪器防微振设计,当资料齐备时,可以通过计算进行相关设计.但往往由于振源振动干扰的复杂性及其在土壤中传播衰减的不确定性,计算结果的准确性难以判断.通过对某省级检测中心两栋检测楼中计量精密仪器的防微振设计,提出了计量精密仪器的防微振设计思路、方法及其特点,对实施后隔振情况进行了测试,各指标达到容许振动的限值要求.

Abstract:Anti-microvibration design can be carried out when details are available. However, the calculation accuracy of the results is usually difficult to judge due to complexity and uncertainty of the local oscillator. To provide a reference, anti-microvibration design of measurement precision instrument is introduced in two build- ings. With introduction of the ideas, methods and characteristics of anti-microvibration design, the isolation effect is verified after the implementation. Each index reaches the allowable vihration limits
