漓江桂林洪水与青狮潭水库泄洪关系的初步探讨

摘    要:漓江洪水主要来自岩头以上大溶江,但青狮潭水库泄洪对桂林洪水影响很大.通过"92.7"、"94.6"和"98.6"三次漓江大洪水与青狮潭水库泄洪实况分析,提出大型水库在洪水期,应实施江库联合预报、错峰优化调度,科学合理地调度水库泄洪时间和泄洪量,以达到充分发挥水库蓄泄功能、消减下游洪峰的目的.

Abstract:Lijiang River flood comes mainly from Yantou,Darongjiang River.Yet the discharge by Qingshitan Reservoir makes flood in Guilin.From the analysis of three major floods('92.7','94.6','98.6') in Lijiang River and flood discharge in Qingshitan Reservoir,river-reservoir forecast and dislocation peak dispatching are proposed during flooding time to dispatch the time and reasonable volume of flood discharge.Thus,the flood retention functions well and the flood peak in downstream is decreased.
