微波水解滞头废水中蛋白质试验

摘    要:将滞头废水中蛋白质提取出来后,采用微波消解法将蛋白质水解成氨基酸混合液。研究了硫酸催化微波水解的工艺条件并对其进行优化,在单因素试验基础上采用四因素三水平正交试验。结果表明,对氨基酸转化率的影响依次为:料液比〉硫酸浓度〉水解时间〉微波功率;最佳水解工艺条件为:料液比为1∶4,硫酸浓度2 mol/L,消解25 min,功率为400 W。

Abstract:There are rich sericin protein and pupa protein in the frigon wastewater.Microwave digestion method is used to hydrolysis the protein extracted from frigon wastewater into amino acids mixture.Acid-catalyzed hydrolysis process conditions are studied and optimization,esp.the four factors and three levels of orthogonal test in a single-factor test.The results show that the effect on the conversion ratio of amino acids order is:feed ratio>concentration of sulfuric acid> hydrolysis time>microwave power.The optim...
