摘    要:以上海地铁二号线石门一路车站基坑开挖和施工为背景 ,根据现场所测数据 ,对使用分层、分步、对称、平衡开挖和井点降水技术保护近旁建筑物的作用机理以及效果进行了详细的分析 ;采用井点降水降低地下水位 ,加速地基土的固结沉降 ,达到调整建筑物差异沉降是行之有效的 ,当地面荷载较大时 ,停止抽水不会引起基坑回弹 .此外 ,本次试验表明降水所引起土体的沉降与水头降落值成正比 ,若水头降用米表示、沉降的单位用毫米表示 ,则比例系数大致为土体压缩模量倒数的 6 9倍 .

Abstract:The research is based on the technology of excavation using layering?stepping?symmetrizing and well_drawing excavation and construction of Shimen Road Station.According to field data as well as the acting mechanism and systematical analysis it is effective to use well-drawing to lower the water table,to speed up the consolidation of soil so as to balance differentiation subsidence at the bottom of the building.If the load is great, the bouncing of the foundation will not occur when stopping drawing. In addition, the testing suggests that the soil subsidence is proportional to the drop of the waterhead,the coefficient approximately being 6 9 times of compression module of the soil.
