摘    要:以自蔓延高温合成法制备了高纯MgSiN2粉体。通过绝热燃烧温度的理论计算,提出3种可能的反应体系——Mg粉/Si粉、Mg2Si粉或者Mg粉/Si3N4粉。对3种体系的研究结果表明:Mg粉/Si粉体系很难得到纯相的MgSiN2粉体,Mg2Si粉或者Mg粉/Si3N4粉燃烧可得纯MgSiN2粉体,其氧含量最低可达到0.377%,并具有良好的抗水化性能。

Abstract:Fabrication of high-purity MgSiN_2 powders by self-propagating and high-temperature synthesis (SHS) is studied.According to the theoretic calculation of adiabatic combustion temperature,three kinds of possible reactants (Mg/Si,Mg_2Si,Mg/Si_3N_4) are involved and investigated.It is difficult to prepare pure MgSiN_2 powders from the mixtures of Mg and Si powders.Single-phase MgSiN_2 can be synthesized from Mg_2Si powders or the mixtures Mg and Si_3N_4 powders.The oxygen content of MgSiN_2 powders is as low as 0.377%,and the resistivity to hydration is good.
