区域视角下建筑施工项目关键成功因素实证分析

针对区域视角下建筑施工项目关键成功因素定量分析的不足,提出了一个描述建筑施工项目关键成功因素的结构方程理论模型。在收集国内3个区域建筑施工项目样本数据的基础上,利用结构方程模型软件从不同区域视角对建筑施工项目关键成功因素作了检验。研究结果表明：项目准备、和谐合作、风险分担、相互了解、项目创新、承诺与信任等因素在不同区域视角下存在显著差异;不同区域的建筑施工项目关键成功因素在因子负荷、因子协方差及误差方差上都存在明显差异。多地的建筑施工项目样本数据表明,所得研究结论具有较高的精度,可为建筑施工企业进入不同区域提供指导。

Experimental Analysis on Critical Success Factors of Construction Project in Regional Perspective
