基于环岛模式的汽车安全检测流程及其分析

摘    要:为进一步加快汽车安全检测速度,提高工作效率,在分析现有汽车安全检测流程优缺点的基础上,通过设立检测子站,提出了基于环岛模式的车辆检测流程;着重介绍了其设计思想,并对采用该流程后的车辆检测工作进行了模拟实现,运用改造前、后车辆检测所需的时间-送检车辆数关系曲线对比做出了效果分析.结果表明,采用环岛模式车辆检测流程对现有汽车安全检测系统进行改造后系统的车辆检测速度将有所提高,同时提高了设备的利用率,减少了车主等候车辆检测所需的时间.该方案检测子站布局合理、易于实施,对今后车辆检测线的设计和发展具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:To gain higher automobile safety-detection speed and efficiency, the detection flow for the automobile is proposed based on the annular-island mode by analyzing the present automobile safety-detection flow after setting up several sub-stations for detection; It especially puts emphases on the introduction of the designing idea, and gives a simulated implementation to the detection flow for the automobile which has used the flow, and analyzes the implementation effects by comparing its detection time: the automobile number curve with the original one. The results showed that the automobile safety-detection speed will be increased after having improved the present automobile safety-detection system by using the automobile safety-detection flow based on the annular-island mode, and the utilization ratio of the equipments is also increased, the waiting-time for the detection is decreased. In this plan, the distribution of the sub-stations for detection is rational and carried out easily, and it has definite reference values to the design and development for the automobile safety-detection system from now on.
