益母草提取液真空膜蒸馏浓缩实验研究

摘    要:真空膜蒸馏是一种新型膜分离技术,可以实现常温条件下的浓缩分离,特别适合于热敏性中药。本文研究了影响益母草真空膜蒸馏过程的基本影响因素,并分析了浓差极化和温差极化问题。实验结果表明:益母草有效成分基本没有损失,蒸馏通量随原料的温度和流速增加而增加。

Abstract:Vacuum membrane distillation is a new membrane separation technology which can work at room temperature and adapt to the separation of the thermal-sensitive Chinese traditional medicine. The vacuum membrane distillation for motherwort extract is tested and the temperature polarization and concentration polarization are analyzed. The result shows that there is hardly any lose in the effective ingredient. The higher the temperature and the velocity of extract flow are, the higher water flux of the membrane is.
