摘    要:高校艺术硕士专业学位(MFA)发展历经八年,培养了一大批专业人才,但其培养模式长期局限于学术型硕士学位(MA)的惯性思维,影响了学生培养的质量。而“2011计划”以协同创新为导向,体现资源整合、共同创新,校外与政府、企业、研究院合作,构建了政产学研用协同创新模式,这种模式适合于艺术创新型实践人才的培养。本文以中国美术学院文创设计制造业协同创新中心人才培养模式为案例,思考协同创新视角下MFA的人才培养新模式。

On Reforming the Mode of Cultivating MFA Talents from the Perspective of Collaborative Innovation --A Case Study of CDM of China Academy of Art

Abstract:Master of Fine Arts (MFA) has undergone eight years of development, cultivating a large number of professional talents, but for a long time its thinking of Mater of Arts ( MA), which has hindered training mode has been limited to the inertial the quality of training. "Project 2011" is collaborative innovation oriented, embodying resource integration, co - innovation, and cooperation with the government, enterprises, research institutes, thus constructing a collaborative innovation mode with the integration of government, production, learning, research and application. This mode suits the cultivation of art innovative practical talents. Taking the talent training mode of Creative Design Manufacturing Collaborative Innovation Center (CDM) as a case, the paper tries to explore a mode of training MFA talents from the perspective of collaborative innovation.
