面向卓越工程师培养的学科竞赛体系探索

摘    要:为加强工程教育,培养卓越工程师,教育部发起"卓越工程师教育培养计划"。学科竞赛作为实践教学的重要环节,是培养学生动手能力、创新能力、工程能力的有效途径。文章针对学科竞赛对卓越工程师培养的独特功能,并基于"金字塔"型结构的启发,按照人才培养规律和卓越工程师的标准,对构建一种适合卓越工程师培养的"金字塔"型学科竞赛体系进行了初步探索。

Abstract:In order to strengthen engineering education and cultivate outstanding engineers,the Ministry of Education launched A Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers.Academic competition,as an important part of teaching practice,is a good way to develop students’ ability of practicing,innovating and engineering.Inspired by the pyramid-shaped structure,this paper focuses on the unique function of academic competition in training excellent engineers and probes to construct a pyramid-shaped academic competition system to nurture outstanding engineers according to rules of cultivating talents and standards for excellent engineers.
