四氢呋喃双效精馏提纯工艺及其模拟

摘    要:利用四氢呋喃(THF)水溶液的共沸点随压力改变的特性,提出加压塔-常压塔双塔提纯工艺.常压塔的馏出物浓度达到94.5%左右,加压塔顶馏出液和底部产品浓度分别达到88.8%和99.9%,塔顶馏出液返回常压塔.将加压塔的冷凝器和常压塔再沸器热耦合,建立双效精馏流程.采用PRO/Ⅱ对工艺过程进行模拟,结果表明该工艺达到满意的效果,并且双效精馏流程可节能42.3%.

Abstract:The azeotropic temperature of tetrahydrofuran(THF) and water changes with the pressure, based on this characteristic a purification process of pressurized column and atmospheric column was established.THF content of distillation of atmospheric column is about 94.5%, THF mass fraction in overhead product and bottom residue of pressurized column reach 88.8% and 99.9%,the overhead product return to atmospheric column.A double-effect distillation process was established with the condenser of pressurized column matching the reboiler of atmospheric column, PRO/II has been used to simulate this distillation process ,results of simulation showed obvious improvement, the energy of double-effect distillation is decreased by 42.3%.
