摘    要:人际和谐、组织和谐、人与自然的和谐是构成和谐社会的三大主题。其中,组织和谐的意义更为突显。在组织和谐中,信任是前提和基础。本文对信任特别是组织信任的相关理论进行了阐述,在此基础上,构建了组织信任的结构模型,并进而提出了构建以信任为特征的和谐组织的几点建议。

Abstract:The harmonious society is composed of the harmony of human relationship, the harmony of organization, and the harmony of human being and nature. Among the three components, the harmony of organization is of the greatest significance to the harmonious society. Trust is the precondition and foundation of the harmony of organization. This thesis makes a systematic exposition on trust, especially on the relevant theories of the organizational trust, and on the basis of which the thesis also constructs the structure model of organiztational trust and further proposes some suggestions of constructing the harmonious organization based on the trust.
