文化创意人才胜任力结构研究

摘    要:随着胜任力理论应用的不断普及和文化创意产业在全球的勃兴,文化创意人才胜任力研究逐渐受到重视。本文以胜任力"冰山模型"为理论依据,基于文献研究、文化创意人才招聘广告分析与专家访谈结果编制问卷量表,获得详细的文化创意人才胜任力要素数据,通过探索性和验证性因子分析,构建了包含专业知识和技能、创意基础能力、创意态度和创意拓展能力4个因子20项要素的文化创意人才胜任力结构模型。

Abstract:With the development of competency theory application and popularization of the cultural and creative industries in the global prosperity, cultural and creative talent competency research has been paid more and more attention. In this paper, based on the theory of the competency "iceberg model", detailed element data of cultural and creative talent competence is achieved by compiling questionnaires according to document research, personnel recruitment advertising literature research and expert interview results. Through the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, a cultural and creative talent competency model of 4 factors and 20 elements is constructed, which includes profes- sional knowledge and skills, creative basic ability, creative attitude and creative development ability.
