甲基丙烯酸-1,1,5-三氢全氟戊酯的合成研究

摘    要:本文对甲基丙烯酸—1,1,5一三氢全氟戊酯的合成进行了较为详细的论述.首次运用多种脱水剂,并选出最好的一种,从而使反应时间缩短,收率从文献报道的67%提高到92%.根据实验结果,详细地讨论了影响反应的主要因素,找出了该反应的最佳条件,并用本条件进行了稳定试验,取得了较为满意的结果.

Abstract:In this paper, the new methods for the prep.of 1,1,5-Tri-hydrofluoropentyl methylacrylate are described. Several kinds of dehydrants are first used and the best one for the prep, is sifted from them. The decrease of the reaction time by using the dehydrant brings about a marked improvement for the prep. The current yield(92%)is about 4 times the yield published recently in literature(67%). According to experimental result, main factors which affect the reaction are discussed in detail. Moreover the optimum conditions of the reaction are summarized. The sability tests have been made under the conditions and the results are rather satisfactory.
