油麦菜中类脂的测定及对菲的吸收预测

摘    要:实验考察了8种溶剂通过索氏提取方法提取油麦菜中的类脂,测得油麦菜中的类脂含量为3.78%~32.27%.结果表明,类脂提取量与溶剂的极性参数关系密切而与偶极距、密度、沸点和介电常数没有明显相关性.实验考察了静态条件下油麦菜对有机污染物菲的吸收过程,并获得油麦菜对菲的吸收实测值,与利用模型计算的预测值进行比较,从而得到索氏提取法提取油麦菜中类脂的适宜单一提取剂为丙酮;较佳混合提取剂为乙腈-丙酮,理论体积比为1∶2.获得的实验结果可为有机污染物的植物修复以及模型预测提供基础数据和参考.

Abstract:The plant lipid content in leaf lettuce was extracted by organic solvent using Soxhlet extraction.The experimental results showed that the lipid content in leaf lettuce extracted was 3.78%~32.27%,which was positively correlated with the polarity parameter of solvent,and not influenced by the other physiochemical properties such as dipole moment,density,boiling point,etc.The uptake of phenanthrene by the plant was investigated,and the result was used to a partition-limited model for plant uptake of organic c...
