大学生就业竞争力影响因素的实证研究

摘    要:本文以是否签订就业协议和就业满意度作为大学生就业竞争力的衡量指标,分别利用Logistic模型和普通回归模型,从学习成绩、社会关系背景、实践能力和就业态度等四个方面对影响大学生就业竞争力的相关因素进行了实证分析。结果表明,大学生的人际沟通能力和求职心态对其就业竞争力影响最为显著,而专业成绩虽然对就业竞争力有正向影响,但作用并不显著。本研究对提高我国大学生的就业竞争力具有实践指导意义。

Abstract:In this paper,employment agreement and job satisfaction are used as the measuring indices of university graduates' employment competitiveness.Applying the logistic model and general regression model respectively,the paper empirically analyzes four categories of factors which affect university graduates' employment competitiveness:academic achievement,relationship background,work ability and job-hunting attitude.The results show that communication ability and job-hunting attitude affect students' employment ...
