| 摘 要： | 地方高校是我国高等教育的主体,提升地方高校研究生创新能力是构建我国区域创新体系的重要内容。鉴于地方高校研究生创新能力培养的实际,文章从招生制度、政产学研合作、教学质量、导师制度、财政投入、奖励激励机制等方面进行了深入的思考,提出了基于创新能力提升的地方高校研究生培养机制改革的举措。

| Abstract: | Local universities are the subject of higher education.It is the important content of local universities to enhance postgraduate innovation ability in the construction of the regional innovation system.In view of the reality of postgraduate innovation ability of local universities,this paper ponders over various aspects from the enrollment system,government and research cooperation,the quality of teaching,tutorial system,financial input and reward incentives,and proposes some measures for postgraduate education system reform of local universities based on the development of innovation ability. |
