双甲脒水解反应的研究

摘    要:本文对双甲脒在不同pH的缓冲溶液中的水解反应进行了研究.通过测定不同pH值、不同温度下的双甲脒的水解率及反应的表观速率常数,求出了其阿氏活化能,并得出了pH值对水解反应的影响.实验结果表明:水解反应为一级反应,系特殊酸、碱催化反应.此外,结合对水解产物的定量分析,对水解反应中各个可能进行的反应及其机理进行了探讨.

Abstract:In this paper, the. hydrolytic reactions of amitraz in the buffer solution at different pH values are studied. The results show that the order of hydrolytic reaction is one and the energy of activation is calculated through determining decomposion% of amitraz and rate constant under different temperatures and pH envioment while at the same time find out the dependence of hydrolytic reactions on pH. The results father prove that the mechanism of hydrolysis of amitraz is a special acid and base catalyzed reaction. In addition, the possible reactions during the hydrolytic reactions and mechanism are theoretically investigated through analyzing quantitatively the hydrolytic products.
