LDO催化大豆油制备生物柴油的研究

摘    要:为解决生物柴油酯交换过程中的产物与催化剂分离问题,制备了镁铝复合氧化物(LDO),以镁铝复合氧化物为催化剂催化大豆油和甲醇酯交换反应制备生物柴油,通过正交试验考察反应温度、醇油物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对制备过程的影响,优化制备工艺。研究表明:镁铝复合氧化物可以用于以大豆油甲醇为原料酯交换反应制备生物柴油工艺,其为催化剂催化大豆油和甲醇酯交换反应制备生物柴油最佳制备工艺条件是:反应温度65℃,反应时间3 h,反应醇油比9∶1,催化剂用量4%,在此条件下获得生物柴油的产率为96.25%。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of separation between product and catalyst in process of biodiesel transesterification,Mg-Al mixed oxides were prepared.Mg-Al mixed oxide catalyst was used for soybean oil and methanol transesterification reaction to produce biodiesel.Through variation the reaction temperature,methanol to oil molar ratio,catalyst amount,reaction time,the preparation process was optimized in terms of biodiesel yield.The results showed that Mg-Al mixed oxide can be used for biodiesel transesterification process by the soybean oil with methanol as raw materials and when it was used for soybean oil and methanol transesterification reaction to produce biodiesel,the near optimum preparation conditions are: Reaction temperature 65 ℃,reaction time 3 h,reaction of methanol to oil ratio of 9∶1,4% of the amount of catalyst.The yield of biodiesel is 96.25%.
