入口位置对喷淋塔流场影响的数值模拟

摘    要:利用FLUENT软件对三种不同入口位置的喷淋塔的内部两相流场进行了三维数值模拟。在计算中气相采用标准k-ε模型计算,SIMPLE算法。重点研究了不同入口位置的喷淋塔内的流场及压力的分布情况。计算结果表明,对同一喷淋塔,入口位置不同对塔内流场有很大的影响。此结果对喷淋塔的设计及其改进具有一定的参考价值。

Numerical Simulation of Influence of Inlet Location on Flow Field in Spray Tower

Abstract:Two-phase flow field in spray tower with three different inlet locations was simulated three-dimensionally by software Fluent. In calculation for gas phase standard k--ε model and SIMPLE algorithm were adopted. Flow field and pressure distribution in spray tower with different inlet locations were focused on. The results show that for certain spray tower inlet locations have great influence on flow field. The results have certain reference value to spray tower design and its improvement.
