为了解决传统设备单行布置方法复杂、优化程度不高的问题,提出了近似最优解简便解法。这种方法运用从至数之和大的居中间区域,小的靠两端区域;关系密切的设备尽可能的近邻,不密切的远离,两条原则结合,可用有限的几次试验就可获得满意的近似最优解。为了比较方案优化程度和进一步提高优化程度还探讨最优解的下限和调优准则,经过调优可有效提高了方案的优化程度。该方法简便宜行、便于掌握,优化效果良好。
