| 摘 要： | 为了解决家族企业“健康长寿”问题,根据企业生命周期理论,结合企业生命周期四重性,借鉴企业成功和失败理论研究成果,提出了“企业成败学”理论和方法,运用该方法对影响家族企业生命周期内部因素进行进一步分析,得出影响家族企业生命周期的9大内部因素。

| Abstract: | Considering the quadruplicity of the lifecycle of enterprises and quoting the results of the research on the success and failure of enterprises,the theory and method of the study on enterprises' success and failure are put forward based on the theory of the lifecycle of enterprises to contribute to the well-being and longevity of family business.After further analysis,nine internal factors that affect the life cycle of family business are summarized with the use of the method mentioned above. |
