新时期高校辅导员队伍建设的几点思考

高校辅导员肩负着对大学生实施思想政治教育，参与教育管理，培养四有人才的重任，是高校学生工作的主力军，辅导员队伍建设的好坏直接关系到人才培养质量乃至整个学校的发展。尤其是在高校扩招后，大学生整体素质有所下降的前提下，如何培养一支队伍相对稳定、结构比较合理、业务素质过硬的辅导员队伍显得更加重要。

Reflections on the Construction of University Assistants in the New Period

University assistants are responsible for educating students ideologically and politically, participating in the educational administration and training qualified talents. They are the main force of students' affairs. So the quality of this force affects directly the quality of talent training and the development of the school. Therefore, how to construct the assistants who are stable with rational set-up and proficient professional quality seems far more important, especially amid the situation of the diminishing overall quality of students after the expansion of enrolment.
