| 摘 要： | 宁波民营企业应对这次金融危机措施很多,有些成功了,有些失败了,为什么有些成功,而有些却失败了,我们结合案例,借助成败关键因素理论进行分析和探讨,找出应对危机成败关键因素,结合金融危机的属性提出了接种疫苗、占领企业竞争的制高点、强身健体,提高免疫力增强抗击危机和活学活用孙子兵法等九大策略。

| Abstract: | To combat the economic crisis,Ningbo private enterprises have adopted many measures,of which some worked and some yet failed. The paper,based on the case study and the key factor theory of success and failure,analyzes the causes for the failures and comes up with countermeasures and nine strategies in the light of the attributes of this economic crisis. |
