| 摘 要： | 在会计本科专业“A型人才”的培养模式下，我们开设《管理咨询》和《会计专题》两门课。本文就如何配合“A型人才”培养模式对教学内容和教学方法进行改革探讨，提出了采用多个教师专题讲座形式、互动式等措施的教学改革，提高教学水平和教学效果，提高学生动手实践能力。

| Abstract: | To implement A-type talent training mode,two courses of Management Consultation and Selected Topics on Accounting are offered.This paper discusses the reform on the teaching content and the teaching methodology of these two courses in line with such mode and proposes some suggestions in this respect. |
