| 摘 要： | 以2002—2006年本校机械专业毕业生就业情况为样本，从就业趋向、就业分布和企业反馈三个方面进行了比较分析，结合近年来工程教育改革的情况，指出其中一些容易忽视或不够重视的环节，并作了探讨和思考。

| Abstract: | Based on the employment samples of NBUT mechanical graduates from 2002 to 2006,a comparative analysis is made from three sides,i.e.,the trend of employment,the distribution of employment and employer feedback.In the light of the reform on engineering education in recent years,the paper points out aspects that have been neglected and makes discussions and reflections as well. |
