延边大学学生体脂肪率和体质指数的现状及其对策

对延边大学4 225名学生的体脂肪率和体质指数进行了研究,结果表明:体重过轻的男女生分别占男女生总数的10.8%和23.5%,虽然有差异,但并不显著(P0.05);标准体重的男女生分别占男女生总数的62.3%和63.2%,具有非常显著性差异(P0.01);超重和肥胖的男女生分别占男女生总数的20%和8.1%,具有非常显著性差异(P0.01).根据统计和分析结果,提出大学生应建立正确的时尚观念和健康的生活方式,树立终身体育锻炼的意识.

Present Situation and Countermeasure of Yanbian University Student's Body Fat Rate, BMI

We studied the body fat and BMI to Yanbian University,4 225 students,the results show that： the proportion of the underweight schoolboys and schoolgirls account for 10.8% and 23.5% of the total number of schoolboys and schoolgirls respectively,although there are differences,but not significant（P0.05）;the proportion of the standard body weight of schoolboys and schoolgirls accounted for 62.3% and 63.2% of the total number of schoolboys and schoolgirls respectively.There were significant difference（P0.01）;the proportion of the overweight and obese schoolboys and schoolgirls accounted for 20% and 8.1% of the total number of schoolboys and schoolgirls respectively.There were very significant difference（P0.01）.According to the statistics and analysis of the results,we proposed that students must be made to establish the correct fashion concepts and healthy lifestyle,train the exercise consciousness of self-training,self-monitoring,self-evaluation capacity and lifetime sports,life-long benefits.
