平台板的拓扑优化分析

摘    要:基于类格栅连续体模型,提出了一种平台板的拓扑优化方法.以梁在结点处的密度和方向作为设计变量,根据有限元分析结果,采用满应力准则法优化材料分布,经过少量迭代建立了优化的材料连续分布场.利用2个算例演示了拓扑优化的过程,并给出结点处梁的密度和方向分布.

Abstract:Based on grillage-like continua model, a structural topology optimization method for platform plate is presented. The beams/ribs densities and orientations at the nodes are taken as design variables. The material distribution case is optimized by fully-stressed criterion based on finite clement analysis. The optimal continu- ous material distributive field is achieved after several iterations. Two examples are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. The beams/ribs densities and orientations distribution at the nodes are given finally.
