摘    要:本文介绍了我们研究小组对防爆绞车电控所取得的研究成果。论述了研制过程中遇到的问题和解决办法,例如,可控硅在防爆外壳内的散热处理和电子器件的可靠性等。异步电机在闭环控制下的机械特性发生了质的变化,变成了类似于直流机的特性,具有良好的调速性能,并可极方便的实现反接线电气制动,性能稳定,操作方便。


Study on Electric Control of Flameproof Winder With SCR Regulating Speed by Adiustment Voltage
Abstract:In this paper the researching results of our group about the electric control of Flameproof Winder are Introduced. The problem and its solution which are met with us in development study process,for example,the handling dissipated heat of SCR in the Flameproof shell and the reliability of electronic device is discussed. Mechanical Characteristics of the Asynchromotor under Close-Cycle con- trol Can be essentially Varied.It will be change into likely DC motors speciality.A better regulating speed characteristics are obtained and the electric braking of the revesral connection is easily realized,its specia- lity is stable and OPeration is Convenient.
