高岭土(岩)增白技术研究

摘    要:在总结传统的高岭土(岩)增白技术的基础上,着重介绍了酸浸络合除铁增白技术和加增白剂煅烧增白技术,这些技术可除去不同地区高岭土(岩)中以不同赋存状态存在的主要染色杂质铁,增白效果显著,产品白度达93以上,可满足作精细化工(如合成沸石)原料的要求.

Abstract:On the basis of the summary of the convientional brighten technology of kaolonite, it is especially introduced the picking process of the complex formation separating iron technology and the technology of the calcining brighten with brightener. The technology can eliminate the main dyeing impurity iron in Kaolinite when they are in various existing states in different areas. It shows that the brightening result is a satisfaction and can meet the need of the fine chemical materials such as sythentic zeolite.
