大功率白光LED在照明器具中的应用研究

摘    要:根据一组1W30lm的大功率白光LED的实测参数,结合PWM调制技术、Buck变换技术及电子器件散热技术,采用JYl604、SG3524集成电路,设计了大功率LED照明系统。实验结果表明:该系统控制的LED电流稳定,控制精度可达士1%;驱动电路输出电流可达1A,可同时驱动多只大功率LED,且亮度可调;系统散热效果良好,LED连续工作后测量其温升,结果显示温升约为30℃,满足系统散热要求。

Applied Study of High Power White Light LED in Illuminate Appliance

Abstract:According to actual parameter of a group of 1 W 30 lm high efficiency white light LED, the authors designed a high efficiency LED lighting system uniting technology of PWM modulation, buck transformation and the electronic device heat radiation, and using JY1604, and SG3524 integrated circuit. The experimental result indicated that the system control LED electric current is stable, the control precision may reach ±1%, the actuation electric circuit output current may reach 1 A. It may simultaneously actuate several high efficiency LED with brightness adjustable; the system radiation effect is nice, survey after continuous working the LED rising temperature and the result shows that the temperature rises approximately for 30℃, which satisfies the system radiation request.
