摘    要:针对双分裂导线耐张水平串因电压分布的特点,极易出现零值或因瓷瓶潜伏性缺陷发生破损的现象,本文研究了更换双分裂导线带电侧单片瓷绝缘子专用工具。通过实验证明了本文所研制的专用工具实现了新型作业方式更换带电侧单片瓷绝缘子的操作,减少了操作时间,简化了操作程序、降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率。

Abstract:For voltage distribution characteristics, insulator strings of two-splitting wires appear easily zero value or breakage phenomenon because of the porcelain of latent defect. This paper studied the special tool to replace for one insulator on two-splitting wires live side. The experiments prove that the developed tool can implement the new way to replace one insulator on two-splitting wires live side, short the time of project operation, simplify the operational procedure ,reduce the work intensity and improve work efficiency.
