| 摘 要： | 当下，我国高校的学生思想政治教育工作和学生的就业指导工作是高校学生工作的两大核心指标。针对目前以就业为导向的高校学生工作现状。如果我们能够将学生思想政治教育工作有系统性地融入到学生就业指导工作中去的话，那无疑对大学生的就业工作大有裨益。

| Abstract: | As China＇s colleges and universities training mechanism of the establishment of ideological and political education of college students have shown in various forms and a wide range of situations ; and the same as students＇ hands-on experience and professional skills~,employment guidance also received substantial development.And if we are able to in college students in developing the process,a good ideological and political education of students into the student employment guide work in, then it will undoubtedly be of great benefit to employment of university students. |
