| Abstract: | Based on the finite strip method and combining the continuum method with the discrete method,a simplified method is put forward to analyze High rise Frame tube Building Structures in this paper.After the concept of the generalized strip element is introduced, the beams and columns in the structures are treated respectively.The generalized stiffness matrices for the beam and column line are derived through displacement transform. Furthermore, the generalized stiffness matrix of a generalized strip element is assembled.In addition, the formulas for the generalized loading arrays are found out and a numerical example is given. |
