变频液压技术的发展及研究综述

摘    要:对传统的节流调速及容积调速液压回路的不足之处进行了分析,并介绍了变频液压技术的特点及其兴起的背景,指出了变频液压动力系统是一种从动力源头考虑功率匹配的全局型节能动力系统.综述了国内外变频液压技术的发展过程、应用领域及研究现状.讨论了变频液压技术存在的问题,这些问题主要包括低速稳定性、响应的快速性、启动或换向时的平稳性、调速精度和效率等,针对这些问题提出了多种不同的对策,最后对变频液压技术的发展前景作了展望.

Abstract:The disadvantages of traditional hydraulic circuits regulating speed with a throttle or variable displacement are first analyzed;then. the advantages and development background of variable frequency hydraulic technology are introduced. This article pointed out that the variable frequency hydraulic system is an overall energy-saving system which can realize power match from the main power supply to execution mechanism. Development and application as well as the research situation of variable frequency hydraulic technology are described in detail. The problems in variable frequency hydraulic technology are discussed, which mainly involve low velocity stability, response time, startup or direction changing smoothness, velocity tracking precision and efficiency. Some kinds of solutions for these problems are presented. In the last part of the article, the developing prospect of variable frequency hydraulic technology is given.
