基于小波分解和方向剖分的分形图像压缩方法

摘    要:本文提出了一种基于小波分解和方向剖分的分形图像压缩方法,首先经过小波变换把Range块从空域转化为MCF(MultriesolutionCoefficientForm)域,在MCF域内根据不同的方向将数据归类和“剖分”为水平纹理,竖直纹理,角点信息,对这三部分分别搜索各自的Domain块和变换,它扩展了经典的分形图像压缩方法,提高了压缩比,减少了块效应,改善了图像质量。

Abstract:A fractal image coding based on wavelet transformation and oriented partition is presented. First, the range blocks and the domain blocks of an image are transformed from spatial field to MCF field by wavelet transformation. Then,in the MCF field, a range block is partitioned into horizontal texture, vertical texture and cornner information according to oriention. A domain block and an affine mapping are searched for each part of the range block respectively. This method develops Jacquin's block method. The compression ratio is increased and the improvements both in objective and subjective effect are obtained.
