创成式CAPP系统中工艺规划过程的建模

摘    要:首先给出创成式CAPP系统中的工艺规划过程,然后应用数学优化,专家系统与ODBC建模的技术与方法建立了创成式CAPP系统中的特征排序、工步排序、工艺创成,知识库推理、数据库管理问题的模型,创成符合车间作业资源能力的零件工艺路线,实现了CAPP系统系统中的工艺优化。

Abstract:The aim is to realize the generation of the parts machining process and the process optimization based on the parts feature information, the machining information and the information of shop floor's resource. In generative CAPP, the method of expert system modeling is used to build the feature process, select the machine and the tool, and determine the machining parameters. The model of combinatorial optimization is established to put forward the model of feature ordering, process sequence and optimization. The technique of ODBC (open database connectivity) is applied to finish the connection of the different databases. Then the integration with CAD, MIS, PPS and the other subsystem can be realized. By the proposed method, the parts process planning, which meets the ability of shop floor's resource, has been generated to achieve the parts process optimization. This method has been used in the CAPP development for enterprises.
