复合材料套箍混凝土轴压柱的试验研究

摘    要:为解决钢筋或钢管容易发生锈蚀的问题,进行了纤维复合材料套箍混凝土轴压柱的试验。结果表明,玻璃纤维复合材料管的套箍作用很大,抗变形能力很强,受力性能与钢管混凝土类似。碳纤维复合材料箍对混凝土的套箍作用也很明显,随着碳纤维复合材料箍间距的减少,柱极限荷载稳步提高。它与复合材料管混凝土柱比可节省造价;与螺旋筋混凝土柱比可节省模板,方便施工。

Abstract:In a moist environment, especially when higher content of chloride ion present, the conventional concrete constrained by steel stirrups or steel tubes can be easily deteriorated due to the corrosion of steel. In order to solve the problem of corrosion, the composite reinforced concrete is being developed. In this research, the axial\|compressed concrete column constrained by fiber composite was studied experimentally. The results indicated that the constraint of glass\|fiber composite tube is very effective. The mechanical property is similar to that of steel tubular concrete column. The constraint of carbon\|fiber composite hoop is also obvious. The ultimate load of column increase steadily with the spacing of carbon\|fiber composite hoop decreases. Its cost is less than composite tubular concrete column. It can eliminate the formwork and is convenient for construction as compared to spiral steel stirrups confined concrete column.
