压电陶瓷冲击驱动机构在微细进给与操作中的作用

摘    要:介绍一种用于微细进给与操作的压电陶瓷冲击驱动机构,由于质量块、配重块和压电陶瓷三者组成,交替控制压电陶瓷的愉速伸长与缓慢收缩,配重块不断获得动量,以一定的冲击动推动主质量块作快速而微细的步进运动。

Abstract:A piezo impact drive mechanism was developed for precise approach and manipulation of micro\|targets. It consists of one main mass, one counter\|mass and one connecting piezo element. Rapid extension and slow contraction of the connecting piezo generate impulsive forces which push or pull the main mass rapidly move with a tiny step. This mechanism has been successfully used to precisely approach and position the micro\|probe during cell manipulation. Some experimental results for comparison were presented.
