摘    要:为解决传统的血管压力灌注实验人工操作繁琐、可重复性低、测量范围受限等问题,研发了一种新型的自动血管压力灌注实验系统.基于数字视频采集与图像处理技术,设计了专用的血管灌注槽以固定血管、模拟生理环境,通过电子目镜与信号采集器分别获取血管视频与生理环境参数.利用改进的自适应血管自动跟踪算法,可以实时测量血管的直径及其横截面的内外径,同时自动记录并处理生理参数.将该系统应用于高糖环境下血管内皮功能紊乱研究,实验结果表明:所研发的系统大大改善了血管灌流实验的效率与准确度.通过使用不同传感器或者调整软件监控系统的参数,可以方便地扩展系统功能.

Abstract:A novel automatic system of blood vessel pressure perfusion was developed to solve the problems of traditional blood vessel pressure perfusion experiment, such as complex manual operation, low repeatability, and limited measuring range. Based on the digital video capturing and image processing technology, a special trough was designed to fix the blood vessel and simulate the physiological environment, while the vascular video stream and the physiological parameters were acquired from the digital eyepiece and the signal acquisition system respectively. A modified adaptive auto tracking algorithm was used to measure the diameter of blood vessel and the inner and external diameters of its cross section, and the physical parameters were recorded and then processed automatically. The system was applied to the endothelial dysfunction experiments, and the results showed that the developed system improved the operation efficiency and accuracy greatly. The system function can be expanded conveniently by using different kinds of sensors or adjusting the system parameters of the monitoring software.
