免疫算法在火电机组优化组合中的应用

摘    要:为克服传统优化算法和遗传算法无法快速有效得到全局最优解的问题,提出了应用免疫算法进行机组组合优化.目标函数对应于免疫算法的抗原,优化解对应于免疫算法中的抗体,通过适应度来评价抗体与抗原的结合程度,与抗原结合最好的抗体就是问题的最优解.对机组运行状态的持续时间进行抗体编码,改善了算法的收敛性.经实例验证表明,优化免疫算法具有良好的搜索性能,是解决机组优化组合问题的有效方法.

Abstract:Conventional optimization methods or genetic algorithm can't obtain the optimum solutions for (unit) commitment problem efficiently. A novel method based on immune algorithm to optimize the unit commitment is proposed in this work. The objective function was categorized as antigen and the solutions were considered as antibodies that were determined through the calculation of sufficiency. The antibody that combined perfectly with the antigen is deemed the optimum solution to the problem. The astringency of algorithm was improved through coding the duration of unit operating status. An example was tested and showed immune algorithm has good searching performance, and it is efficient for solving unit commitment problem compared with other optimization algorithms.
