摘    要:在环境应力作用下,航天电连接器的主要失效形式为接触失效,影响航天电连接器接触寿命的主要是环境温度和振动应力.失效物理分析结果表明,在环境温度和振动应力的综合作用下,航天电连接器的失效物理方程为广义Eyring模型.按照航天电连接器的系统可靠性模型,利用极值分布理论推导出航天电连接器的寿命服从两参数的Weibull分布.根据基于均匀正交试验理论设计的综合应力加速寿命试验方案,通过对试验数据的统计分析,求得了Y11X系列航天电连接器在环境温度和振动应力综合作用下的可靠性指标.

Abstract:Under the action of environmental stresses,contact failure is the main failure mode of aerospace electrical connectors.Temperature and vibration stresses are the main environmental factors affecting the contact life of aerospace electrical connectors.The result of failure physics analysis shows that under the action of temperature and vibration stresses,failure physics equation of aerospace electrical connectors yields the generalized Eyring relationship.According to the system reliability model,aerospace electrical connectors' life follows Weibull distribution,which is derived from extreme value distribution theory.The multiple stresses accelerated test scheme was derived by uniformly orthogonal design theory.Through accelerated life test and data statistical analysis yielded the estimated value of the reliability character of Y11X series aerospace electrical connectors under the action of temperature and vibration stresses.
