摘    要:在分析CAD/CAPP公差设计现状的基础上,指出在CAD/CAPP公差设计中模糊因素存在的客观性和不可避免性,运用模糊优化理论,提出了一种新的并行公差模糊优化设计数学模型.最后给出实例并分析了其结果.

Abstract:Fuzzy factors in CAD/CAPP concurrent tolerance design are analyzed. The result shows that fuzzy factors are of objectiveness and unavoidableness in concurrent tolerance. A new mathematical model was presented for design and manufacturing tolerance design. To solve this model, two steps are used. The first step is to transform the fuzzy optimal model to non-fuzzy optimal model by using a kind of membership function which can change the absolute limit boundary to a transitional one. The second step is to solve the non-fuzzy optimal model using Monte Carlo simulation method. An example is given to illustrate the proposed model.
