摘    要:本文研究了在聚乙烯醇存在下,金与曙红、吡咯啶二硫代氨基甲酸 形成三元络合物的合宜条件,并据此建立了水相荧光熄灭测定痕量金的新方法。在选定的实验条件下,标准曲线的线性范围为0—160ng·ml-~1Au,考察了三十余种离子的干扰情况,其中Pt、Sn、Mo、V、Os有严重干扰。

Abstract:A new fluorescence quenched method has been found for determination of trace of gold based on the formation of nonfluorescent ternary complex Au-TBT-APDC.The composition ratio of Au to ligandi is 1:2:2.Under the optimum conditions,the linear range of the calibration curve is from 0 to 160ng Au/ml.The relative standard deviation of the fluorescence intensity of 120 ng Au/ml is 2.0%(9 determ)when the wavelelength of excitation is 526 nm and emission is 545 nm.
