汽车驾驶模拟器转向盘能量反馈调节

摘    要:针对目前汽车驾驶模拟器转向盘系统所采用的各种不同的力反馈模型,分析将力反馈模型统一简化的可行性.建立主要由力矩电机和阻尼器组成的二阶系统模型,力矩电机采用线性控制律,给定相关参数,对模型进行仿真.进而,将驾驶员操作转向盘的对外做功过程视为存在人体能量损耗,从人机工程学的角度考虑,对力矩电机线性控制律引入人体能量损耗反馈调节,给出驾驶员对转向盘操作过程的能量损耗表达式,建立一种基于能量反馈控制的转向盘力反馈模型.利用MATLAB软件对模型进行仿真分析,该模型能够有效调节电机输出转矩,能量损耗的越多,操作转向盘越省力.研究结果表明,基于人体能量损耗反馈调节的转向盘系统模型,对适应人体逐渐疲劳的生理特性具有较好的效果.

Abstract:In light of all kinds of different force feedback models adopted in the automotive driving simulator steering wheel system, the feasibility of unification and simplification of force feedback models was discussed. The second order system model mainly consisting of torque motor and damper was built. The torque motor was linear controlled. Related parameters were given to simulate the model. And then, the work process of drivers’ steering wheel operation was considered a loss of physical energy. From the view of ergonomics, physical energy loss feedback regulation was applied in the torque motor linear control law. The energy loss formula of the operation process was given. Steering wheel force feedback model based on energy feedback control was found. The model was simulated with MATLAB. Results showed that the model can effectively regulate motor output torque, the more energy loss, the more effortless of steering wheel operation. The research results of this paper show that the steering wheel system model based on physical energy loss feedback regulation fits the physiological characteristics of human body gradual fatigue with good results.
